Private Group Transportation Rates
Rates are based on the total mileage of the scheduled trip. Trips exceeding 100 total miles require a customized quote.

Important Information
Before You Book
Rates are based on total trip mileage.
1–50 miles: 3-hour minimum at $150/hour.
51–75 miles: 4-hour minimum at $200/hour.
76–100 miles: 6-hour minimum at $250/hour.
Additional hours are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
A signed Transportation Service Agreement is required.
Reservations are not confirmed until the agreement is signed and required payment is received 120 hours (5 days) before your event.
The renter is responsible for all passengers in their group.
Additional charges may apply for approved trip changes, parking, tolls, excessive cleaning, or vehicle damage.
Safety requirements always take priority.

Important
We do not currently provide airport transportation.
We also do not provide transportation for marches, protests, or events primarily involving rallies or large-scale demonstrations.
Reservations
Transportation reservations are available Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
All reservations require a signed Transportation Service Agreement and required payment at least 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled event.
