Hands-on activities that make self-care fun.
Our workshops go beyond demonstration — participants practice real techniques on mannequins so they can build muscle memory and confidence in a low-pressure setting. Every attendee leaves with a take-home kit stocked with the tools and products they need to keep caring for themselves long after the session ends. Designed specifically for special needs clients, foster children, youth in detention centers, and school and park district programs.
