Founded by Ralleda Hayes, The Braid and Beauty Bar LLC is a mobile salon and activity venue dedicated to delivering self-care and beauty services to disadvantaged women and children. We operate in under-served communities in the Chicago land area and Northwest Indiana, ensuring that beauty services are accessible to those who need it.

With over 20 years of experience as a Hair Braider and great passion for helping others, Ralleda leads a team committed to uplifting individuals who often face barriers to self-care. Whether it’s in a group home, orphanage, foster care, hospital, nursing home, or the like, we travel to our clients to create personalized beauty experiences that promote inclusivity and will leave a lasting impact.
